JaM - What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

JaM - taking Just a Moment to gather & share the things you have noticed, consumed, created &/or bought during your week....

It's been a week of challenges
and me looking for balance amidst the peaks & troughs.

I've been challenged by others requests

Angelas brief was to REfashion her favourite jacket using favourite fabrics & her Nans buttons
while ending up with Flamenco sleeves....voila!
Just checking...it's a perfect fit!

and others have been challenged by mine

Vicky sharing her newly acquired knowledge & passion for sewing with Claire.
Charles practicing his consistent seam allowances on his first shirt.

I've eaten some of the healthiest food I've ever eaten in my life

The Hidden Pantry

and some of it not

Today the temps hit 29ºC
and while everyone else at the local pool frolicked and rollicked and played

I sat quietly under my hat on the grass
indulging in my own company while enjoying some hand stitching & book reading.

and my ankles saw sunshine for the first time in months.

Visitors have arrived
to share our tiny dilapidated shack
and it hasn't killed me
so it must be making me stronger

it has meant the REarranging of rooms [again] to fit everyone in
which seems to be working out.

LOVING Angela's jacket. The colours are fab and it certainly suits her look. :)

All the edibles look divine.....'cept maybe that bacon. haha.
I've joined in with JaM this week though I'm a little short on 'things' for the post. But it's about challenges and thought it would probably 'fit'?
Keep on keeping on strong! ♥
